Service Overview

Motz365 is a service request platform operated by The Motz Group for submitting and managing field maintenance requests. By using this platform, you agree to these terms.

SMS Communications

When you submit a service request with a phone number, you may receive SMS messages related to your request, including:

  • Request confirmation and receipt acknowledgment
  • Scheduling updates and service coordination
  • Status notifications about your maintenance request

Message frequency varies based on your service request activity. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further SMS communications.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting a service request. Inaccurate information may delay service delivery.

Limitation of Liability

The Motz Group provides this platform on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the direct cost of the services requested.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
